When Eddie Santucci completed an overseas internship with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Costa Rica after college, he learned that he loved the field of transportation and logistics.

During his time in the country, he helped set up the infrastructure needed to bring Amazon deliveries. After returning to America, he recognized a need for international container shipping and launched Cura Freight with a business partner in 2017.

Despite the challenges of the pandemic, Cura doubled its staff in the past year while maintaining a 96% retention rate. It also celebrated revenue growth of 200% from 2020 ($14.4M) to 2021 ($45.6M) and is forecasted to do over $100 million by the end of 2022…
